DRAPÉ offers a combination of ready-to-wear garments and bespoke/made-to-measure clothing. Because these
products are supplied differently, delivery and return conditions may differ.
Ready-to-Wear Orders
Ready-to-wear garments that are currently in stock are generally prepared for delivery within 5–7 days from
confirmation of the order and payment, subject to stock availability and successful payment processing.
FOR HIRE
For hire garments are made specifically for the individual client. The estimated delivery period is
3 working days, depending on the size, dress availability, fittings and any agreed alterations.
Delivery Timing
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside DRAPÉ’s reasonable control,
including courier delays, public holidays, supplier delays, fabric availability or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where a significant delay is known, DRAPÉ will communicate with the client.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Delays or
additional delivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer’s responsibility to the
extent permitted by law.
Delivery Confirmation
Customers should inspect their order when received and contact DRAPÉ promptly if the wrong item was delivered,
the garment appears materially damaged, or there is another issue with the order.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be communicated to the customer during the order process or
checkout before payment is completed
